Really wonderful Foeders. This one came from Germany and is wonderful wood carved.
Note that all Foeders come from abroad. Many were once used for maturing Calvados (France).
It's clear that those barrels HAVE to be used once, as Gueuze doesn't allow extreme wood tannins.
